Contact tracing may no longer be required, but you should still hold on to your TraceTogether Token. Why?

First, by keeping your Token, contact tracing and vaccination-related checks can be quickly stepped up if a new Covid-19 variant of concern emerges, says the Government Technology Agency.

Second, the Tokens are government property, so throwing them away could be considered an offence. Penalties may also apply if Tokens are tampered with, modified, or damaged.

If you have lost your Token, the first replacement is free but subsequent replacements are chargeable at $9 per Token. Replacement of lost Tokens can only be done at community centres/clubs. Find out more at https://token.gowhere.gov.sg/faq

So keep your TraceTogether token safe, we may be required to use it again!

The Storytellers

  • We celebrate the many simple acts of kindness and generosity that are often understated, undertaken by individuals such as you and I. We aim to capture the details and deeds of those who are working towards helping others in the community, whose stories would otherwise go untold. Contact Us: info@whatareyoudoing.sg
