A new two-year Parkinson’s Disease (PD) community care programme has been launched by the National Neuroscience Institute, Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and Temasek Foundation, to provide support for caregivers of SGH patients with PD — for free. Trained Community Care nurses from SGH who are supported by a multidisciplinary team will provide care and assistance:
